How can I pay for an order from outside of the US?
Orders over $1000.00 in value will require a wire transfer prior to shipment. You may place your order with a credit card and we will contact you with our wire transfer instructions.
How does international shipping work?
No freight is charged when the order is placed. Once the order is shipped the credit card used for the order will be charged the next business day for the freight charge.
May I place an order for a quantity greater than you have in-stock?
Yes, just enter the desired quantity you want to order and click “Add to Cart”.
What is the minimum order?
Gopher Electronics has no minimum order amount.
How can I ask for volume pricing?
Click the Volume Pricing
found on every product detail. Fill out the Quote Request form and click “Submit”.
Will I receive an email confirmation after placing an order?
An email confirmation will be sent as soon as you place your order containing your order number and order information.
How do I get a tracking #?
Once the order is shipped from Gopher Electronics an email will be sent containing the order number and tracking number.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders can be paid for by Credit Card. We except Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. If you have an open account with Gopher Electronics and would like to use your account web shopping on our website email firstname.lastname@example.org

When is my Credit Card charged?
Your Credit Card is charged as soon as you click “Place Order”.
Do you charge Sales Tax?
If you are shipping to a Minnesota address tax will be charged. If you are Tax Exempt email your Tax Exempt certificate to email@example.com
and include the Web order number. Once this information is received your credit card will be credited the amount taxed.
What should I do if an item is missing from my shipment?
What is your return policy?
Products will be considered accepted by the Buyer unless notice of rejection is given by the Buyer within thirty (30) days of shipment date. Credit will not be allowed for products returned without prior consent. No return of products will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by Seller. A complete description stating the reason for the return must be included with the returned products. The returned items must be in the original packing, in original condition and shipped by prepaid freight to Seller’s warehouse. Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (NCNR) products are non-returnable.

What is the cut-off time for same day shipment?
Gopher Electronics is open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm Central Time.
Orders placed prior to 3:00pm ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm will ship the following business day.

Shipments to other addresses are not authorized and should be considered fraudulent.
