Bar Coding & Kan Ban
Kanban is a replenishment system for lean manufacturing and just-in-time production that limits the buildup of excess inventory at any point in production. When you partner with us, we’ll manage your Kanban program with specialized service, using your specified bin sizes and increasing your efficiency by limiting the buildup of excess inventory at any point in production.
Agility EMS’s ERP system can add barcoded labels to your inventory, so you have all the information you need for receiving and inventory management when shipments arrive at your dock.
BOM Kitting Solutions
Leverage our full line card and distribution partners to create a BOM kitting solution to help you minimize cost, waste, and make it easier to organize, receive and move parts at your warehouse. Our Custom Solutions and Engineering Services take it to the next level by helping you design and/or provide an assembly or custom part that meets your needs. Material Management
You need to be able to trust that your components provider can provide a steady, unbroken chain of materials that arrive on time so you don’t experience any downtime. We use a multitude of material management tools to accommodate your production schedule, including managing blanket orders, holding reserved inventory, release on-demand programs and Just in Time (JIT) programs. Agility EMS is your trusted components provider.
Order Fulfillment
From quote to delivery, Agility EMS keeps you informed about the progress of your order. Our Customer Account Management (CAM) team will provide you with an acknowledgment listing dock date and work closely with the procurement and production teams to manage your order. If there is any change, we will proactively reach out to you. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product, we have a full return process in place.
Component Lifecycle Management
Agility EMS offers services from beginning to end. Our product experts can help you design in the best component solution for you. We constantly watch for components that are approaching their End of Life (EOL) and offer components suggestions to replace them. The EOL service could lead to an assembly redesign if needed.
